We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, abbreviated GDPR)

STAGE Consortium during the STAGE project and GND as the primary operator of the STAGE Platform after the STAGE project, developed and managed within the Sustainable Transition to the Agile and Green Enterprise - STAGE project (funded by the EU under the Horizon Europe Programme) collects and processes your personal data with your explicit voluntary consent for the purposes of achieving the goals of the STAGE Project and providing services to the users of the Platform. Data processing is for the purposes of carrying out the main activity of the Platform, its optimisation, and ensuring maximum value of the services provided and excellence of results. According to obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, abbreviated GDPR), we inform you that:

·         The personal and company data (name, phone number, e-mail, expertise information, industry, country of operation, company address as well data concerning your company performance required for the conduct of sustainability assessments, application for the STAGE grant programme and other platform services) as well as log data (IP address, visited pages and time and date for visiting them, etc.) that you provide is collected concerning your participation in activities on the STAGE Platform.

·         We may share this personal data with third parties under the following conditions:

-         with public authorities, such as the European Commission and the European Health and Digital Executive Agency – when required by applicable legislation,

-         with third-party users of the Platform, such as the STAGE project partners, companies, consultants, and investors, in the cases where the disclosure of the data is required to implement the services provided by the Platform,

-         in the event of staff changes, mergers or acquisitions, your data may be shared with new partners and consultants. 

·         Personal data is stored for a period not longer than it is necessary and/or required according to applicable legislation. Unless the storage of data is necessary for the fulfilment of obligations stipulated by applicable legislation, the data might be stored for a period longer than 5 (five) years if that is necessary, or for the period of the explicit consent given by you for processing of any specific personal data.

·         According to the applicable legislation, you have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data stored in the Platform, or to limit its processing, as well as to object to the processing of personal data, for which you can submit a request to the following email address: Personal data will continue to be stored and processed after the submission of a request only in cases where there is a legal requirement to do so (such as additionally concluded contract for the provision of a service).  


Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.
