Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED) is an award-winning Greek non-profit organisation committed to the promotion of innovation and the enhancement of the entrepreneurial spirit. Established in 2005, in Larissa, Greece, iED is a certified leading Center of Excellence in European entrepreneurship and a fast-growing Digital Innovation Hub, registered as a member of the European Commission's catalog of DIHs.

INAM is a Berlin-based, globally active organisation, founded by industry leaders, research institutes, investors and public offices to accelerate deep tech startups and help complex innovations reach their target audience.

SINTEF Manufacturing is Norway's leading centre of expertise in manufacturing and develop knowledge and solutions for competitive and sustainable industry. SINTEF Manufacturing offers industrial research and consulting, various types of courses and knowledge transfer from the academic world to the industry. All this at a high national and international level.

Our role in STAGE is to provide effective and tailored trainings to enable a sustainable transition for the enterprises. Using our experience and close connection to industry we will together with the companies help define goals and how they best can be achieved through knowledge enhancement, uptake of advanced technologies, and support through training.

Global Factor was created in 2004 and has grown as a group specialized in offering solutions that are global, innovative, and sustainable, covering all the potential interventions related to climate change as mitigation, adaptation, carbon markets and energy.

Its work method is based on offering specialized knowledge, with a profound vision of the client and under a global approach. To do this, Global Factor have an extensive international network of offices and team members, which continues to grow! Their own career path and experiences are based on constant innovation, which helps the company to guide their services, combining academic knowledge, technology and practical experience. Global Factor will engage their Carbon Footprint experts in the project and assist in the development, design and launch of a tool for carbon footprint calculation. This calculator will be capable to estimate the carbon footprint of industrial companies and will help them identify hot spots to reduce their emissions.

HSSMI is a sustainable manufacturing innovation consultancy, committed to accelerating the growth and global competitiveness of the Manufacturing sector, whilst working to decelerate the negative impacts of unsustainable production & consumption.

The STAGE project enables us to expand our activities in Europe. HSSMI will lead Work Package 1, which is focused on the assessment of 2000 SMEs to identify:

1) their potential for growth,

2) capability gaps that can be overcome with support from the STAGE team, and

3) their suitability for investment.

The Public Institution Lithuanian Innovation Centre (LIC) is a non-profit organization, providing innovation support services to enterprises, research institutions, industry associations, business support organizations, and individuals since 1996. As one of the most effective public innovation support organizations in Lithuania, LIC is an experienced partner, capable of consolidating the interests of business, science, politics, and society by increasing the international competitiveness of the Lithuanian economy.

University of Ljubljana (UL) is pedagogical and research institution with the highest international standards in the field of mechanical engineering in Slovenia and the wider region of central and south-eastern Europe. UL is the WP2 Leader and will provide its expertise for the Task 2.1 and Task 2.2. The main objective is to develop a framework for decentralized and tailor-made training courses for SMEs and Sustainability Advisors. Other activities related to the STAGE:

1) assuring strong expertise in the area of advanced manufacturing and automation
2) providing high-quality on-line materials and on-site trainings, workshops and other events, assistance and support,
3) providing the manufacturing consulting according to the partner expertise,
4) developing collaboration with the industry and leading science and technology centres, national DIHs and Clusters,
5) disseminating the project results through high-quality scientific journals and conferences.

University College Dublin (UCD) is one of Europe's leading research-intensive universities; and hosts the Science Foundation Ireland-funded I-Form Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre. Over 140 researchers and academics are directly associated with this Centre, which has a research focus on the use of digital technologies in materials processing.

The Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BRCCI) is a cross-border business association, an active platform for exchange of market information, business contacts and experience. We support clients and partners in making valuable partnerships within the EU and world-wide and help them benefit from shared expertise and joint forces, aimed at sustainable development and steady growth.

As part of the STAGE consortium our role is nothing less than vital: we lead the project communication and dissemination activities with the commitment to engage with our stakeholders at every step of the way and organise a wide open and fair recruitment process. Together with our partners from Lithuania we will support our target companies with dedicated financial advisory and shall also take care of the project sustainability.

Warsaw University of Technology (WUT) with traditions in education dating back to the nineteenth century, is the biggest technical university in Poland. With 19 faculties and 1 college, the University offers education at all levels: B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in every field of technology (including nanotechnology, renewable energy, and energy storing) and in a number of non-technical disciplines.

Corner Case Technologies (CCT) specialise in building modern, intuitive, cloud-ready applications and systems using both proven and cutting-edge technologies. We work on projects of all sizes from PoC and MVP to globally scalable Enterprise Solutions. 

CCT as the leading innovative technology solutions provider will provide its distinctive technological expertise to the following tasks. CCT’s main objective of this project is to develop digital platform for advanced manufacturing training tools - STAGE Training Platform – Online Manufacturing SMEs Access Area and Back-Office Administrative.

The Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (STU) is a modern research and higher education institution. It continues a legacy of the 260-year-old Mining Academy in Banská Štiavnica, where the foundations of vocational and practical learning were established. STU offers education in technical fields and involves students in research in natural sciences, computer sciences, construction, architecture, materials technologies, chemistry and food technologies.
